Banana Bread

Prep time – 20 minutes

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C bake. Grease and line a 25cm loaf pan.
  2. Beat Butter and sugars together until pale and creamy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  3. Sift in Standard Grade Flour, Baking Powder, and cinnamon.
  4. Dissolve Baking Soda in Fresh Milk. Add to creamed butter mixture with bananas and walnuts. Mix together.
  5. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour or until a skewer comes out clean.
